By joining and taking part in Club Ocemiam, you agree to these terms:

• Points are earned on qualifying products purchased in store only. Online or third-party purchases do not qualify.
• Only Ocemiam French Baby Cakes count toward rewards. Other items do not earn points.
• Reward gifts are limited and available while supplies last — until sold out. Rewards may be substituted or discontinued at any time.
• Your earned points balance does not expire.
• Each receipt can be submitted a single time. Duplicate or altered submissions may be rejected.
• Rewards are redeemed in store at our Washington Square Kiosk location, with the possibility to ship for extra points.
• Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
• Ocemiam may modify or end the program, or update these terms, at any time.
